Too Faced Born This Way Concealer | Review

I’ve heard a lot of people rave about this concealer and about the foundation from this range, so I decided to try out the concealer for myself.

dsc04784-2The packaging of this is very luxurious; it comes in a glass box with all the texts bolded out. It feels very nice and expensive, which is good considering the price. All in all I like how it’s simple yet super cute.

I got the shade light as I mainly got it to use under the eyes to cover dark circles. I can definitely say it’s very pigmented! A little goes a long way, which is always nice. It brightened my under eye area well and covered the veins on my lids. It’s a pretty runny, watery consistency and it definitely didn’t dry my skin out. I like the brush on this, it’s thin, easy to use and applies product evenly.

I will have to say however a huge draw back of this is that it does crease. Few concealers crease under my eyes but this did. On my lids it also creased. It creases very fast so if powdering helps you, make sure you do it as soon as possible. However, powdering or baking didn’t help me the creasing either.
I think I wouldn’t buy it again as it is $40 AUD, it creased and there are heaps of other concealers I could try. But I love the packaging!
Have you tried it before?
Love,
Sofia
